Marcel is an AI-based platform that empowers Publicis employees to be in control of their own career growth and impact. Marcel’s core functionality was represented by four main pillars: Connection, Knowledge, Opportunity, and Productivity. Teams from multiple SapientRazorfish offices around the country were chosen to work on the Marcel product, then they were each assigned a pillar. Our team in LA was tasked with Connection.
